Adult Karate Classes
Adults learn fitness and martial art movement in a way that is most natural for their body.
This holistic approach is essential as it helps each individual find ways in which they move more naturally and more efficiently becoming more empowered. Students learn to protect themselves, and students relieve stress in the workplace and in their homes. The group training sessions maximize strength, endurance, and flexibility, promoting longevity. I have created a serious program that will help the student realize the benefits of authentic Karate training.
This program is intended for anyone serious about exploring Martial Arts. It consists of the old-style methods of body conditioning, and a self-defense curriculum that includes martial science, striking arts, striking vital points, throwing, and choking techniques.
